It is the job of the insurance company representative to pay you as little as possible on your claim. It is our job to make them pay a fair amount. Statistically, most claims settle before a lawsuit is filed or a trial conducted. You should have an attorney whose negotiation skills and techniques will maximize the settlement. If the only option is to go to trial, you need an attorney with the knowledge and experience to convincingly present your case to the judge and jury. We can satisfy both of these needs.
Injury and death claims are usually handled on a contingency basis, with attorney fees based on a percentage of the recovery and not paid until funds are recovered for you. Unlike most firms which charge a flat rate of 33-1/3% to 40%, we have implimented a fee schedule which ties the percentage to the amount of time and effort spent on your case, starting as low as 25% for many claims.
